First, we’d like to clarify that the Kia EV9 is an extremely rare vehicle in the used market, and at the time of your visit, we had multiple inquiries on this particular unit. In fact, we did have another customer in the dealership interested in purchasing it that same evening. Our team made sure to communicate this to your wife on Saturday, as transparency is always our goal. We understand that the purchasing process took longer than expected due to system delays, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. While we aim to make every buying experience smooth and efficient, technical issues can sometimes extend the process beyond our control. Regarding the celebratory traditions, we completely respect that not everyone enjoys them. Many of our customers appreciate the positive energy we bring to the process, but we never want anyone to feel uncomfortable. We will use your feedback to ensure we are mindful of each customer’s preferences. Lastly, we’re glad to hear that your wife had a different and more positive experience with us. Based on our COMBINED experience, I’m not surprised by these weak excuses and lack of ownership disguised as responsive management. Furthermore, my wife’s experience was in no way more positive; we just opted to submit one review rather than two.
