My service representative, Brian, was great. I went in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I let them know that my turn signal bulb on the drivers side and the tail light on the rear pass I went in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I let them know that my turn signal bulb on the drivers side and the tail light on the rear passenger side were out. I had a 8 a.m. appointment after nearly 3 hrs my car was ready. I drove off and down the road I use my signal to make a left turn and the bulb had not been replaced. I returned to the dealership to get it corrected and to get my brake and windshield wiper fluids topped off. Afterwards I went to get gas and while pumping gas I noticed a bulb in the bay below the windshield wiper I removed the bulb More
