NO SPARE TIRE IN NEWLY LEASED CAR!!!! I am very disappointed that it was never mentioned by the sales department that the car has no spare tire! My 18 year old daughters first new car for I am very disappointed that it was never mentioned by the sales department that the car has no spare tire! My 18 year old daughters first new car for college which I wanted to make sure she was safe in with no worries and then to find out 4 months later from a friend that the car doesn't carry a spare tire. This really set me back that it was never mention to me and them knowing my daughter has to travel far for school and wanted her to be safe. If I have known this I would have never leased the car. More

Her friendly and informative manner was just the start of a very positive experience with this dealership. My husband and I made an appointment with Joe Silva. He was very down to earth, answered all our questions in a very direct way and with no high pressure or "sales speak". It was clear to us that both he and Finance Manager Dan Height wanted to find the best vehicle for us at the best price. We drove home in a new Kia Optima. From beginning to end this was a great experience and we are delighted with our new car. While I realize that it is their job to sell cars, the time and effort they put in to getting us the RIGHT car was definitely above and beyond what they needed to do. In short I am sorry that the "scale" only goes to ten, because I would give this entire team an 11. More
