Very unprofessional shady finance manager Told the finance salesman no add ons PERIOD. What does he do shove them down our throats. So unprofessional after repeated turn downs. He still managed to slip a few in to the paper work. I ended up calling and canceling 5 add ons worth 5600$ off the balance of our loan. Kept the car 11 months and got rid of it I hated the car because of his tactics went to st Augustine Kia and bought a cadenza what a huge difference in dealer ships More
