Clyde was a very honest and friendly dealer. I walked in very upset and nervous. I needed a new car badly and thought with my credit that I could not be able to buy one. We started out walking around looking for a new Kia Sorento, and were very pressed for time that day. The salesman, Q, approached us asked what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted. We were on the test drive within 10 minutes of going on the car lot. After driving the Sorento, we knew that was what we wanted and Q went to work. He made every effort to get us in and out quickly because we were on a time limit. Meanwhile, Arthur was working hard on our behalf to find the best interest rate possible (which he succeeded finding us an amazing rate and exactly where we needed our payments to be).
