my 2011 optima was involved in an accident back in april, body shops , not avaikl, went to Kia PC spoke with rachel, obtained an estimat,, $240 or the Clock spring whatever, & an Hour n d a Half Labor,, i st body shops , not avaikl, went to Kia PC spoke with rachel, obtained an estimat,, $240 or the Clock spring whatever, & an Hour n d a Half Labor,, i stupidy Assumed @$150. per , Under $500 wou;ld have to be accepted,,, to my surprise, took a week to obtasin & brought in my car last friday, was there an Hour & 10 minutes, charged an Hour & a 1/2,, total was $629.. ? i asked for an explaination. was told Computer sets price.. is this true? if not I'd like my Card re imbursed for the un INFLATED Rate. . over 12 1/2 years a Customer. .
