After multiple visits and retaining all my paperwork, I still can’t get any service member to tell me why my car is burning all the oil or fix it. This car is under warranty, a car from your dealership. I still can’t get any service member to tell me why my car is burning all the oil or fix it. A reliable car, serviced by a reliable team. Steven has been great otherwise. His customer service skills are fantastic. I’m disappointed in the dealership and Kia for NOT standing by their customer.
