My vehicle overheated. The dealership replaced a thermostat and charged me $650. The fix did not resolve the issue as the vehicle overheated again. The dealership then replaced the water pump and charged me an additional $600 with no consideration for the previous misdiagnosis. A costly repair bill for incorrectly troubleshooting the actual problem. I went to the dealership for their expertise on the make and model of my vehicle. I suppose it’s easier to just keep changing parts until the problem goes away. More
