First visit, met Carlos, took test drive of exactly what I told Carlos I wanted in a car.. Carlos answered all my questions, went home to show pictures to my wife, returned next day with my wife, Carlos ca I told Carlos I wanted in a car.. Carlos answered all my questions, went home to show pictures to my wife, returned next day with my wife, Carlos came out to greet us, my wife test drove same vehicle, Carlos again was able to answer all of wife’s questions, as she does most of the driving and the new technology can be a lot to learn, however Carlos took his time with us, did not rush us, and that was a huge part of why we decided we would purchase the Kia Sportsge.
