Very difficult getting an appointment whether by calling or making it online. Took me two weeks by phone and three attempts online. Had to finally reach out to someone I knew at the dealership for them to g or making it online. Took me two weeks by phone and three attempts online. Had to finally reach out to someone I knew at the dealership for them to get an appointment for me. That seems to be the only way to get an appointment is if you know someone there. Service was done in less than two hours, which is a huge considering the hassle of making an appointment. If there another Kia dealership in close proximity to my home I would there instead. More

The wait time was horrible, I get there only tho have them say they cannot find my appointment. The clerk was not accommodating, I have a warranty where my oil change is included. The woman said she had them say they cannot find my appointment. The clerk was not accommodating, I have a warranty where my oil change is included. The woman said she had to call and verify they take it and how much they cover, but never not once came to me to notify of the coverage or up charge. The prices are outrageous, my oil change was 125$ I never had to pay out of pocket for my oil change and yet I had to at this location. I will not coming back yo this location, I had a lady come in 20 mins after me and she was taken care of and out of the shop before I was. More

They took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours and they never came and got me when it was done and the lady tried to blame me when I questioned her about it.
