I have been coming here for years and lately the communication is lacking. I dropped off my car at 9:30am for a simple oil change and tire rotation, never got updated throughout the day. At 4pm i c communication is lacking. I dropped off my car at 9:30am for a simple oil change and tire rotation, never got updated throughout the day. At 4pm i called 3x and was put on hold for 20 mins until finally someone responded and stated that i could pickup my car. I lost an entire day due to their lack of response, communication and efficiency. I had an appt and i can't believe i didn't get my car back until 4:30pm. Very disappointing. More
