Had an appt at 2pm for an oil change. Was told it would be 45 to 90 minutes due to many cars being serviced that day. Waited 2hrs 45 min. At 4:40pm I told service rep I needed my car for daycare pickup at 5pm. My car was given to me at 4:45. I was 14 minutes late for daycare pickup. Swrvice center is clean, easy to access, and staff is friendly. But the wait time was unacceptable since I had an appointment time. More

Had to reschedule appointment because all the work on the 1st appointment was not done correctly (Kia recall) and brakes discs were back ordered/not properly order. At our 2nd appointment, they performed the 1st appointment was not done correctly (Kia recall) and brakes discs were back ordered/not properly order. At our 2nd appointment, they performed the planned tasks and the cost to replace the front discs came initially to $835.00 that included Miscellaneous shop supplies, excessive labor prices and part prices. This is probably oir last visit and are looking into otger places for our next upcoming purchase of a new EV car. More
