Had an appointment for service on another vehicle and after two hours the service department hadn't even looked at it. When the estimate came back,it was over priced so I decided to trade in for new. Ple after two hours the service department hadn't even looked at it. When the estimate came back,it was over priced so I decided to trade in for new. Pleased with sales and salesman,Sebastian, who was knowledgeable and even provided us with lunch.The finance portion was long and tedious, but still friendly as they want your business.The only recommendation would to have a few more models inside to stay away for Florida's heat and humidity.
