He was gracious with his time when I made an inquiry regarding the trailer hitch recall several months ago. He provided the information to ease my mind when the Kia representative I called on the 800 number knew virtually nothing about the details of the recall. Both individuals I mentioned are an a asset to the company. People like them are why I drive almost an hour one way for service. They are both outstanding employees. On another note, my apt was at 7:30 AM, and I believe the service on the vehicle did not begin until approximately 8 AM. I was there 2 hours. Alan Woodle More

And I explained 3 times what the issue was and they would not listen and tried to charge me for something that was not the problem. I drove up, not having an appointment, when my car started shaking. Being a nurse and seeing patients in the community, my car is my office and it needs to be safe. Rachel was so accommodating.
