Our sales representative Patrick Early was wonderful, knowledgeable & very easy to work with. His background coming from a long line of military veterans and how he dealt with seniors was exemplary. This was the second KIA which I have bought from this dealer in 3 years. Might have waited but buying the KIA when I did was a result of the pleasant experience in dealing with Patrick. Also , all the managers were extremely helpful. More

I called the Port Charlotte Kia dealer in the morning and they were able to set me up for an appointment that afternoon. They found the issue and fixed it. I was very pleased with Vivian, the service rep in they were able to set me up for an appointment that afternoon. They found the issue and fixed it.
