I had already done my research and was there to look at a particular car. I was greeted by Stephanie, she took me to the car and we took a test drive. Absolutely terrible. Every time I come they take 2+ hours for a simple oil change. They do an inspection naming hundreds of dollars of work needed. Took it to another mechanic and told nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Had recalls on vehicle. Attempted to make appointment told me multiple times my car was not one with a recall until I gave case number on mail. Tried to send myself and toddler in Uber to wrong address. Called for hours attempting to get Uber back just to get the run around. Charges 5% for any card used even debit. Never would I bring my car here again More

Kia is great at selling cars yet needs to be improved on service. My car was in the shop for 3 days just for parts. I didn't know when I would get the car back.
