Service was excellent, but unfortunately my repair only lasted one day. Blind spot detector stopped working again the next day. Kia of Port Charlotte is T-H-E best Kia Dealership! ! My first contact at this dealership was with Damian Bolt, their Sales Manager, and right from the start, Damian treated me with respect, and listen ! My first contact at this dealership was with Damian Bolt, their Sales Manager, and right from the start, Damian treated me with respect, and listened carefully to what type of features I was looking for in a car. Although I had not initially decided to buy a KIA, because of Damian's knowledge of every aspect of KIA motor vehicles, his enthusiasm, confidence, and gentle way of guiding me towards a purchase that was within my budget, I was beginning to think it would be in my best interest to buy a KIA. However, in spite of all the wonderful KIA features to which I was being introduced, I told Damian I would not be buying a car from his Dealership because I live almost three hours away from KIA of Port Charlotte, but he quickly offered to have one of his men pick me up and bring me to get the car. When I asked him how I would get back (I hate highway driving), again Damian came to the rescue, offering to have someone drive back with me. All this wonderful "hand-holding" throughout the complicated process of buying a new car, helped to reduce my stress levels and I felt safe with KIA of Port Charlotte. I finally settled on a 2023 Kia Sportage EX, and Damian continued to treat me as if I were the only customer at the Dealership. He texted a copy of the window sticker and asked me to take a look at the features listed. He also sent a list of all the various fees, taxes, etc. Damian promptly responded to all my text messages, even on his day off!! Whenever I would thank him for something he suggested, his response was that all he wanted, was to make me happy with the purchase of my new car! I will never forget that! Once I decided on the car I would purchase, Damian assigned me to Tim Lawhorn, one of his salesmen, to complete the transaction and I could not have asked for a better salesman. Damian had asked Tim to send me photos of the car, and Tim sent me a lot of photos, from every angle of the car. The excitement was just beginning to take off. Tim was patient, compassionate, thorough, and laid back. He walked me through the entire process and made me feel reassured that the same incredible level of customer service I had received from Damian, was not an anomaly but rather, the backbone of Kia of Port Charlotte. Tim texted me regularly every step of the way and asked for my opinion, just to be sure he was providing me with everything I needed on the car. I found Tim to be refreshing and eager to please. Tim also was the liaison between the Financial Manager, Adrialys, who was very thorough, warm, and a joy to work with. After all the paperwork was completed, Tim and a colleague delivered my beautiful new 2023 Kia Sportage EX to my home yesterday. It was love at first sight! Although it was late in the afternoon and they had been driving for a couple of hours to deliver my new car, Tim could not have been more chipper. We had been speaking with each other for over a week and gave each other a hug to be finally seeing each other face to face after what could have been a more stressful transaction, were it not for Damian, and Tim. Tim took the time to demonstrate all the new and wonderful features of my new car and told me not to hesitate to call, or text him, if I had any questions. From my first contact with Damian, to all my communication with Tim, I have no doubt that KIA of Port Charlotte is T-H-E best Kia Dealership! Thank you, Damian, you have indeed made me a very happy KIA Sportage owner! Thank you, Tim! Now, I must learn all the fancy, smart technology of my new car. More
