I had a great experience with Kia service Dept. I received a recall letter. I was going to be in the area so I called to see if I could get it taken care of. I explained that to the service adviso I received a recall letter. I was going to be in the area so I called to see if I could get it taken care of. I explained that to the service advisor Rachel and she was able to get me in. She had told me the wait could be an hour and a half to two hours. I chose to wait. I was taken care of in just under an hour and a half. Thank you Rachel! Thank you Kia! More

I experienced an auto-breaking wheel sensor failure on I-75 and I-4 near Tampa. I called my KIA service center and spoke to Rachel Goal and she gave me a quick run down on what to do and gave me a 9AM app I-75 and I-4 near Tampa. I called my KIA service center and spoke to Rachel Goal and she gave me a quick run down on what to do and gave me a 9AM appointment the next morning and reassured me that my car will be as good as new and the work would be covered under warrantee. Rachel met me at 9AM in the service center took my car and had it back to me in under and hour and half as she promised, it is as good as new and covered by my warrantee. Thank You Rachel, great work!! More
