Every time I wanted details I had to put it my info online and for 10 days I have ignored phone calls. On Sunday, I felt defeated and angry. I actually made a Facebook diary of the saga. So many stories of cars and car salesmen. Then we found the perfect car and called Kia of Port Charlotte. We knew we couldn’t get there until 5:30 and they closed at 6. Still - Patrick and Gage greeted us with big smiles. Did I mention the rain had begun to pour down as we drove in? Patrick brought the car around in the downpour. I was so grateful for the covered area where we could comfortably walk around ba look at the entire car. He sealed the deal for me when he said “I don’t go home ‘til you go home happy!” He never pressured us one time. In fact, when I was sensitive to residual cigarette smell, he said ‘“Are you sit you can handle that?” He reassured me that my comfort was his priority. We went through several numbers scenarios with Gage until we came to a good deal. Adrialys in the Business office was tremendous and patient with us. She was efficient and informative. Patrick made the entire experience a pleasure. He had the most professional and calming demeanor and totally set me at ease. I had been through a lot in my car search and was over the haggling and the pressure. I appreciated his warm smile and patient tenacity. Today I went to have the car detailed. They shampooed the upholstery and got rid of the cigarette smell. As I waited inside, everyone with whom I came into contact was cheerful and welcoming. Todd Mangum took time to help me match the color swatches for the new leather changeover to the existing leather in my car. He answered additional questions about the detailing and mad me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy with the Kia Sorento and the service I have received from Kia of Port Charlotte. It is a beautiful showroom and everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for good service and great staff to Kia of Port Charlotte!
