I arrived by tow truck late afternoon, had a front left tire blow on US75, everyone worked to get me taken care of. They made sure I got home, the car had to stay until the next day. I asked for the struts and shocks to be replaced, but given an estimate of $4000.00 to do this makes me believe you no longer wish to service my vehicle, even more so when I went online and BOUGHT both front strut assemblies (struts and springs) and both rear shocks for my Forte for $250.00. I will be shopping around for the best price for a local repair shop to install them as I believe the $800.00 quote given to me for your service department to install them is a bit high, given the assemblies and shocks should be able to be quickly replaceable. We still have our 2016 Kia Forte that will be having its 10-year/100,000 mile warranty expire very soon (if not already expired) so unfortunately I'll be likely having to look to other options. KIAPC's service department used to be comparable to the 'Mom n' Pop' and third-party chain repair shops, but it appears you've gone the way of the stereotypical dealerships, and I need to keep my arms and legs intact. I do appreciate the work you've done prior to my two Fortes, and I thank you for your professionalism and personable work force. Business, however, is business. More
