Unfortunately, my opinion is not a positive one. Throughout my life in the U.S., I have gone through the process of buying cars on several occasions, but never has it been as unpleasant or left me f Throughout my life in the U.S., I have gone through the process of buying cars on several occasions, but never has it been as unpleasant or left me feeling as uninformed as it did in this instance. They attempted to resolve the matter in their own way—a manner that felt like a slap in the face. To avoid a confrontation between my husband and the staff members who assisted us, I accepted their offer, and we left. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this, but we felt uncomfortable throughout the process; it seemed as though what was being discussed verbally did not match what was written in the paperwork. Once I arrived home and reviewed all the documents, my frustration was immense, so I returned to the dealership to try and resolve the issues stemming from the misinformation I felt I had received. I had to return again the following day—at which point things did change—but ultimately, we were left feeling exploited and misinformed. We are not happy with our purchase, but we are not the type of people to cause trouble; in a way, we have simply accepted that we will eventually move past this negative experience. More

Myself and wife went in to trade our 2023 sorento sx for the 2026 carnival. I was told trade or lease. I said either. They came back and told us to surrender the sorento to Kia I wasn’t told how that works. the 2026 carnival. I was told trade or lease. I said either. They came back and told us to surrender the sorento to Kia I wasn’t told how that works. We thought we’re just leasing was fine by us. Then after two weeks I was getting numerous calls. I spoke to the finance department for Kia they ask me where’s the car I told its at the dealership. The dealership never call the finance department that they had the car for 3 months. The finance department told me there going to auction off the car and if there is a balance of he value I was liable for it. The dealership team never explained how that works. There were just wanted to get the sale and screw us over. I will never purchase a car for them. More

Then waiting on the tag to come we noticed additional inquiries on or credit. We thought someone hacked our credit. Then we got a text saying that the bank wanted a different interest rate. Which is whatever. But I would think finance would contact us before running a credit check again. I was pretty xxxxxx of that there was no contact and y'all did this without notifying us first. If this car wasn't for a 16 year old and she was so excited she got a car I would have returned it and went to another dealer. Unfortunately we won't buy another car or recommend this dealership. Communication is key and we were let down. More

On 12/21/2025 I went in to buy a Jeep from Jaden who I have used in the past at another dealership but he was not there. AT that point I should have left, but I went ahead and went with another salesman n have used in the past at another dealership but he was not there. AT that point I should have left, but I went ahead and went with another salesman named James. From the beginning, he could not or would not share with me what the interest rate was going to be every time they would come back with a counter offer. James stated they would go through everything in finance with us. I still was not very happy due to not knowing what I was agreeing with prior to the table!! To make things even crazier, James had stood at my table and requested I put a good review on both sites before I would receive my spare keys to the Jeep which I still had to go back the next day to pick up!! Once I got into finance, the price of the Jeep was not the price quoted to me at the beginning, stating it was to cover the negative on my trade in. In Finance, he rushed through the paperwork so fast he was even signing upside down!! At the end I did not even receive a copy of the paper work other then a flash drive. It is now 02/10/26 and my trade in is still not fully paid off!!!! The company has called me requesting payments, and it is showing on my credit report as missed payments!!!! I am now having to look for an attorney to see what my rights are since this is now negative on my credit report!!!!!! I have called and my husband even went up there and all we keep getting told is they will check on it!!!!! This is my second car I have bought from them, but my first car I had a complete different experience!!!! More
