We bought our 21 Sorento last year from Billie you provided the new ownership perk of first time oil change is free and they used synthetic oil which KIA has specified for years in the handbook. This is our 4th Sorento and we love what we get for what we have to pay. More

Kia of Port Charlotte has gone above and beyond for my family and I. We purchased a Kia telluride off of Carvana that ended up having some issues, Kia of Port Charlotte was so quick to help us, they had o family and I. We purchased a Kia telluride off of Carvana that ended up having some issues, Kia of Port Charlotte was so quick to help us, they had our car towed and taken care of that same day, they were able to diagnose that it was going to be a week fix and provided us with a loaner car at no cost to us. They are the most helpful, happy people, always glad to answer any questions. I dealt with Rachel in service and she by far has made my experience free of stress and easy. I would recommend them to anyone! More
