Stellar service from the moment I went on the online chat. They booked an appointment for the next day with Todd the salesman. We went in and they greeted us immediately. Tim was the sales associate who walked us throught he whole process. Took us for a test drive, explained all the features on the car and was the most kind an patient person. The whole process took us about 4 1/2 hours and I have to say from sales to financing, to trade in, to delivery of the new car was a seemless and pleasant time.
