Due to the current vehicle shortage, I searched within 100 miles of my home for a telluride. Kia of Port Charlotte had one meeting my specifications. From the word go, Kia of Port Charlotte was the most responsive and most professional. I negotiated my sale completely over the phone including my trade-in value. Upon arrival at the dealership the next day, Sebastian met me outside and knew exactly who I was (He must have been looking for my trade-in). While meeting w/ Sebastian, a manager inspected my car. Once I witnessed this, I figured here comes the bait and switch on the trade-in value. After the inspection, the manager came in and started talking about a window chip I previously mentioned to them. He said he won't be able to resell the car because of the crack (again, here comes the bait and switch). THEN, HE TOLD ME "BUT THAT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM, WE'LL OF COURSE HONOR THE DEAL WE MADE." I was shocked! From there, the process only got better. Another nice touch was the dealership actually contacted my insurance to switch over my policy while I was there. I've never had this happen before. The insurance rep did have to speak w/ me for a portion while I was in the Kia finance department. During that time, the finance person (can't remember her name), was extremely helpful in answering questions the insurance rep had for me. This wrapped up the process. Kia of Port Charlotte is the fourth closest Kia Dealership to my house. However, based on this experience, I will be making the drive for service and future Kia purchases. Great work Kia team! More

Good place, amazing space, bathrooms are great and private, but needs more free snacks. Not a lot of new cars to choose from. But the ones they have are to die for. My sales person was Devin.
