I had road damage to a tire and took the car in to see if my tire warranty covered that. Steven Reinhardt handled this seamlessly and efficiently. I had an appointment I dropped my car off and after two hours I had not heard anything I called and was told that they were running behind and she would get back to me never did I called again and she said hours I had not heard anything I called and was told that they were running behind and she would get back to me never did I called again and she said she was checking in the back after four hours I went there and was told that my car was still in the back she went to get it and disappeared for about 20 minutes even one of the other people working there asked if someone was helping me and paged her. I paid $119 for an oil changeand it was supposed to come with a car wash and it never was done More

I've been using this dealership almost seven years and inspire of the dealership changing owners several times, the service department has been above average. There have been some issues with scheduling service appointments, but they seem to be getting on track. I really appreciated when they reported my service appointments to car fax. It will give me a b report to show how well cared for my car is if I ever sell it. More

It is a nice dealership. Dave our salesman was very good. We felt pressured when we got to the final sale.
