I came in service department August 2023 regarding my 2022 sorrento . The trim on the windows turned a color and pictures were taken at which time I was told 24-48 I would receive a call from service to 2022 sorrento . I have been calling for some answers and left messages 5x. I’m very frustrated!!! Went back in January 30 they said sorry let’s try this again. Took more pictures and said 24-48 hours you’ll get a call back. It is now February 8 and I called to see why again I have not heard anything! No one answers the main number or service department leaving me frustrated again!!!!! More
