It was my first time here. Greeter was friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt service, on time. Great communication. I read it had been vacuumed which I was happy about since I had been at the beach the day before and had sand in the floor mats. Unfortunately, they were not vacuumed when I got in to leave. I did ask to have that service done since it had not been done. Overall, very satisfied with everything! More

Scheduled service online with the exact services I wanted. When it came time to pay, found out that I did not get the full synthetic oil change I had scheduled but instead got a basic oil change that wanted. Then to see I paid double more than I could have gotten the same useless piece of crap basic oil change anywhere else. Then that was compounded by the advisor trying to upsell me into service that is completely useless for my needs as has been discussed by several service associates before and I had a second opinion on all the nails apparently found in my tires and there were no where near what had been represented. I've always paid more for service compared to other places there because I always trusted the kia service department. This made me not trust kia at all in the future. I didn't get the service I requested, that I had always trusted in, and left feeling not listened to and taken advantage of which I deeply resent. I won't be coming back. More

I brought my car in to have the screen replaced and the service department went ahead and did a recall that was out on the vehicle without my brining it to their attention! Very happy with the service. Had an oil change at a different place and the service engine light came on afterwards. They said it was nothing they did. So happy with the Service and Staff. I was surprise how easy it was to get my appointment and it fit my work schedule.
