Kia of Port Charlotte - Service Center

It took 7 months to repair a seat sensor and rear window motor problem. No communication with dealership, I had to make contact with them over the 7 months. Had to explain the situation with my vehicle 3 times to my service rep, Steven, who told me my car wasn’t ready because I wouldn’t explain to him a fourth time why I was even there. Very unprofessional on Steven’s end,, and very frustrating to me. Finely got my car repaired, but it took 7 months, 3 trips to the dealership, and several unproductive phone calls over the 7 months.
