Stopped by your dealership with questions concerning what options were available as I was only 3 months away from my end of lease. Upon arrival at your dealership, we were greeted by Kayden. Kayden was very options were available as I was only 3 months away from my end of lease. Upon arrival at your dealership, we were greeted by Kayden. Kayden was very pleasant and addressed all our concerns in a professional, knowledgeable manner. We never felt rushed or pressured. We did not intend to buy, lease or turn in out Optima at this time. Kayden listened to my concerns and explained what options were available. He took the time to break down and present the best price offers to fit our budget. Needless to say, I left satisfied with the decision I had made. Thank you Kayden, I love my new Kia!! More

Steven was professional and only doing what he was trained to do; but the overall service is as expected. This is my second car from this dealership and I cringe everytime I think I have to call or wo trained to do; but the overall service is as expected. They must be very understaffed due to covid or something. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes when I arrived. Was not given the usual very thorough intro and follow up through the 3 hour wait.
