He answered all my questions, asked great questions, explained financing/leasing options, and right away I knew he was a no pressure salesman. I truly appreciated that because I do not make quick decisions on big purchases and some people may have lost patience with me. On the contrary, Ron let us know when cars were on the lot so we could view them with different features, colors, etc. The whole experience was easy and relaxed.
