He answered all my questions, asked great questions, explained financing/leasing options, and right away I knew he was a no pressure salesman. I truly appreciated that because I do not make quick decisions on big purchases and some people may have lost patience with me. On the contrary, Ron let us know when cars were on the lot so we could view them with different features, colors, etc. The whole experience was easy and relaxed. Ron doesnt sell cars, he listens to what you are wanting. He will take that information and educate you on what each vehicle offers, how it meets your requirements. I went to Ron looking to replace my Kia Soul with another SUV type vehicle. I left Kia of Puyallup the new owner of an Optima. Ron and I test drove several vehicles and discussed the options and features that came with each.
