Customer service This morning we went to Kia with the intentions of visiting the Service Department with a “rattling issue” we had with our 2016 Sorento. They serviced This morning we went to Kia with the intentions of visiting the Service Department with a “rattling issue” we had with our 2016 Sorento. They serviced our car only to find out that our engine was shot! In total disbelief we went and talked with Rich Purdy (our original salesman 3 years ago)... as we were venting to him he told us it will be ok. We tossed around options and spending 7,000 on a new engine did not seem feasible, he talked to us extensively and we went and looked at 2019 Sorento’s. I cannot say enough about his care and concern for our situation! We found one, of course! As we were signing the paperwork Tyler (sales manager) came over to tell us that our car was still under warranty and if we did not want to purchase new... that we were not obligated to the contract! That blew us away... I cannot say enough (again) about the integrity of this dealership. We chose to drive away with a brand new 2019 Sorento. Rich came thru... AGAIN We have now bought 3 of our vehicles from Rich Purdy. The second time was merely an accident, but after you get two great sales experiences, you seek We have now bought 3 of our vehicles from Rich Purdy. The second time was merely an accident, but after you get two great sales experiences, you seek that salesperson out next time. So, I called Rich up and he remembered me and my husband! Told him I was ready for my new Kia and we setup an appt. We took a couple drives, but since this wasn't my first Kia Sportage, I already knew I what I wanted. Rich has amazing personal skills and I definitely would call him my friend. He makes the process easy, friendly, and efficient! I definitely did not spend my whole day there and was able to buy a new car and have the day to myself. I would recommend Rich & Andrew to anyone looking for any car! More

Steve Kaiser was amazing! We came in early Saturday and Steve welcomed us warmly, asked us what we were looking to do today and we responded that we were looking for a sorrento We came in early Saturday and Steve welcomed us warmly, asked us what we were looking to do today and we responded that we were looking for a sorrento or Sportage. He took us out and we spent about 30 minutes or so looking at different vehicles, He also brought our attention to the new souls as well, and those were impressive vehicles. We test drove 3 vehicles, 2 sorrento and a soul, all the while Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the questions we asked and was warm and friendly the entire time. Once we made it back to his desk, we started to work on buying the car, he offered several times if we needed a drink or some snacks, and that was appreciated! When the initial numbers came back, we were a little taken back, but Steve told us he would go back and try to make the numbers work out a bit better. In the end we got the car we wanted for the price that we were good with. We were there a long time, but Steve made us feel comfortable and we shared some family stories in some of the down times. We appreciate dealerships where we can feel comfortable and that is definitely Kia of Puyallup! More

My goal was to buy used, however; after searching I was feeling down about my findings. On our way home my dad and I walked into Kia of Puyallup (I had seen a used Sportage and knew it was what I wanted). With just intentions of looking, we were greeted by Scott. Scott led us through the various used Kia Sportage cars. Scott was incredibly kind, informed, and patient with my many questions. After speaking with Scott for roughly an hour, I walked away knowing I wanted a night to sleep on it. 9am the next morning I showed up, eager and excited to continue working with Scott on buying my new (used) 2019 Kia Sportage. Thank you to everyone at Kia of Puyallup for making me feel comfortable, informed, and excited about my new purchase! Time to go adventure!! More
