I ended up buying a new one. Chris was super helpful. He was fun to talk to and that kept me there. Chris was super easy going and not pushy. Those are the best kind of sales people. If you want to lose money, go here. There is a recall on there faulty motors. Mine blew up one day. They did everything in there power to not cover the problem. Today I took back a brand new part to get my $300.00 back, and was told it was over 90 days and I couldn't return it. So I'm out of a little over $5000.00. Thank you again KIA. More

25 years of driving Kia's ended 7/9/17 I have been driving a Kia for the past 25 years, from Sedonas when the kids were growing up to 3rd, 4th and 5th cars when they were of driving age. I I have been driving a Kia for the past 25 years, from Sedonas when the kids were growing up to 3rd, 4th and 5th cars when they were of driving age. I have leased or purchased 6 cars in the past 3 years from this dealership. I have always felt fairly treated up until last Saturday. I don't know if they thought I was stupid or they were just that short sited. I just returned 2 leased vehicles after 3 years and decided to purchase my next two. Because I made the mistake and told Clim I needed my payments lower by about $40. Instead of sweetening the deal and lower the cost of the vehicles a few hundred dollars he came to the target payment with an 84 month loan. This not only guarantees I will not return for 7 years but...did he think I didn't realize that this will cost me more.
