The most painless car buying experience ever! Marc at Kia of Puyallup was FANTASTIC! My stop there was my 3rd dealership in as many days, and to be honest, I was not sure what to expect, but hopin Marc at Kia of Puyallup was FANTASTIC! My stop there was my 3rd dealership in as many days, and to be honest, I was not sure what to expect, but hoping for something different. My mom & I walked onto the lot .... 2 women ... shopping together ... normally an easy target for car dealers. Marc treated us both with respect & by the end of the evening we felt like friends. He did not pressure me AT ALL & didn't even balk when I needed to call my husband to discuss the "deal" prior to moving forward. It was a late night & he was one of the last employees to leave, but never made me feel like my questions were dumb or a bother. I was so impressed! My mom wants a new car now too! More

I told him what I was looking for and our price range and he showed us just that. He didn’t try to upsell me into something I can’t afford or make us feel uncomfortable. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I found the exact perfect car and I couldn’t be happier that CarMax was so disgusting. I’ll definitely be back in the future when I need another upgrade and referring all my friends and family when they’re in need of a new car too. The staff at Kia of Puyallup, especially Chris and the finance manager did everything they could do to help us finance a vehicle. It only took a few hours, and my husband and I drove a new car home. It was very nice to know that my husbands job was not at risk, because he now has a very nice,reliable, and dependable car to commute. Not to mention that we love the car. Will be doing all of our vehicle shopping in the future at Puyallup Kia. Word of mouth is a great way to let people know that this is the place to go for all of your car shopping needs. I ended up buying a new one. Chris was super helpful. He was fun to talk to and that kept me there. Chris was super easy going and not pushy. Those are the best kind of sales people.
