Best Car purchase EVER! My Dad has been wanting a new vehicle for a few months but was hesitant to go through the "dealer" hassle. He had owned his car for over ten years and My Dad has been wanting a new vehicle for a few months but was hesitant to go through the "dealer" hassle. He had owned his car for over ten years and did not have the best experience with that purchase. We visited Kia of Puyallup and within minutes of talking to Rich My Dad was at total ease. We felt no pressure, Rich truly was looking out for our best interest and did not give us that typical salesman feel. We made an appointment with Rich for a few days later, the entire process was as Rich said it would be. There were no smoke and mirrors, no "fine print" and no hidden fees when we got to financing. The whole purchase was smooth, honest and we will definitely make Kia of Puyallup and Rich our home dealership. Fantastic day! We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Kia of Puyallup, and once again had fantastic service! We had purchased our previous Kia from a different sales associate 8 yrs ago, so when we returned this time we were looking to purchase from the same gentlemen. Unfortunately, (but truly fortunate for our previous associate) he was on paternity leave. But, Rich Purdy greeted us, assisted us through the ENTIRE sale of our new vehicle (even after we purchased the fully loaded 2016 Sorento EX AWD off the salesroom floor), and is intending to give the entire sale to his co-worker who missed our visit due to having a new baby!!! Plus, the financing department was able to find us a better loan through a different credit union (other than Kia, since our credit was so good) so we saved $200/mo on our payments. Comfortable, no pressure purchase My husband and I purchased a Kia Forte from Rich Purdy . He was the most polite, kind and respectful car salesman we had ever met. Since our purchase, Rich has checked up on us, on many occasions, to make sure we were not having any issues with the car and that we were satisfied with our Forte. I know that if there ever is an issue with my Forte, I can depend on Rich to help me resolve the issue. I love going to see Rich, just to say "Hi", on my bi-weekly visits for a car wash. I will be moving to AZ in a few months and am surely going to miss the service Rich has provided for me and my car. I have told Rich that when I am due for a new car, I will drive my Forte back up here to Washington so that I could purchase a new Kia from him. He is a great person with an awesome personality.
