He also did not try to sell me anything I could not afford which is great considering I am usually drawn to the more expensive vehicles. In my opinion he genuinely cares about each and every one of his clients and makes sure that they are well taken care of. He made the whole experience a lot less stressful and easy to understand. I definitely will be going back to visit in the future when it's time to upgrade. He knows how to work with people and answer questions thoroughly and will try to find an answer for your every need. The dealership as a whole is for sure one of the best there is and care about each and every person and are very accommodating. I've grown accustomed to putting up the "seller shield" every time I walk into a car dealership, but this time was different. We were greeted by Rich when we entered and I was pleasantly surprised that he was very cordial, got to know my wife and kids and even got my kids set up in a play area before taking the next four hours to ensure we found what we needed in our upgrade. Rich made it a point to simply assist us, not push us to buy a certain vehicle. We chose to purchase a 2015 Sedona and I am very happy both with the vehicle and the customer service we received. She helped me from start to finish. They did not have black like I wanted but she was able to find me a green soul in seattle and have it delivered the same day. She was nice and friendly.
