Best Experience at a Dealership! I was worried about car shopping as my last experience was terrible... but I arrived at Kia of Puyallup and was pleasantly surprised. I was not bomba I was worried about car shopping as my last experience was terrible... but I arrived at Kia of Puyallup and was pleasantly surprised. I was not bombarded by pushy salespeople! I was allowed to look around without being followed or stalked and when walked inside the main doors it was clean, quiet, nice place for the kids to be entertained. Rich Purdy introduced himself and I immediately liked him. Kind, funny and genuine. He actually listened to me and helped me find an amazing brand new Sorento for my busy family. Not only is the car amazing but Rich was upfront and honest and helped me make the best decisions to get into a new car. Ryan in finance was also upfront and went above and beyond to work the deal. We went back to the dealership a couple of times to finalize everything and each time, when Rich greeted us, it was like being greeted by an old friend or family member. We truly appreciate his insight and honesty - something I really wasn't expecting to receive at a car dealer. Rich made my daughters first time buying easy.. We went in to work with someone my daughter and her father had already spoken with, since they were not in Rich helped us with the search for a new ca We went in to work with someone my daughter and her father had already spoken with, since they were not in Rich helped us with the search for a new car for my daughter Alexa (age 19). This was my daughters first car buying experience at a dealership and she was anxious going into it. Rich had a great sense of humor and was not taken back or offended by our family interactions (we are constantly cracking jokes ). Rich joined in with us while helping find a car that would be just right for my daughter. Rich took us to a 2014 Forte, that had a seat that could be set higher than what others cars are( great for vertically challenged people), this made my daughters day as she isn't all that tall and has trouble seeing over the steering wheel of most cars. We went inside to talk numbers and Rich explained everything to all of us in detail letting us know how things would go and how to make it work in order for Alexa to drive home a car that day. As her co-signer, he walked me through everything that I needed to know and what the best way to go was to benefit Alexa. Rich made this buying process so easy and stress free for our family and for that I can not thank him enough for making this milestone so amazing for my daughter. I would recommend him to anyone if you need a car and you want it to be easy and stress free, go see Rich, he will take very good care of you!!!! More
