They exceeded my expectations by providing clear communication of the problems and the lengths they went to resolve them. I had my vehicle back on the road in 48 hours after I dropped it off. Manny’s customer service was outstanding and it was incredibly helpful. I will certainly be bring my Telluride back of this is how I will be treated. I initially called about receiving a diagnostic code (P0325) and Manny told me to bring my car in immediately. The team was pretty busy with a number of services but they got back to me within a week an (P0325) and Manny told me to bring my car in immediately. I will say that they provide a variety of discounts, and they were more affordable than my recent experiences with other dealers further north. I would definitely recommend them again. More

I was surprised to lean that there is no loaner program or shuttle. I was told that an appointment can’t be made for my recall because I have to wait. This dealership's service department has had my car since February 19... over 6 weeks ago. A complete lack of communication. No loaner cars to be had. I have been in touch with Kia USA and they ask me to wait for their representative to reach out to me, which also has not happened, though our case has been "escalated" for weeks. I call the dealership and no one picks up. Text the dealership and texts are ignored. My confidence in KIA is gone. More
