I have a 2021 Kia Telluride with 58,000 mi on it and the engine is no good and now Kia is not going to cover it due to not having an oil change from 2024 record. During that time my son was using it to go b engine is no good and now Kia is not going to cover it due to not having an oil change from 2024 record. During that time my son was using it to go back and forth to work and he doesn't remember where he got the oil change. But we take care of our car and it's very sad that Kia couldn't help us whatsoever as we have been a loyal KIA customer.. More
