On Sunday 7/20 my 2020 Kia Soul broke down on the Ohio Turnpike and was towed to Streetsboro Kia. On Monday morning I explained my situation on how I was totally stranded to my Service Advisor Corey Yorko. Corey went out of his way to get me out of the jam I was in. He is a truly remarkable Service Advisor! I live in Michigan and I must say that Streetsboro Kia is one of the best Kia dealerships in the country that I have been too. They ran a complete diagnostic on my car, found the problem, and had me in and out of the dealership in a little over two hours. I thought this was truly remarkable! I also want to thank the excellent mechanic Nick Turner who fixed my car. More

I was getting a CEL on my 2016 Kia Forte. I took it in on Feb 19 2025. I was assured that everything would be taken care of under warranty, even the rental car. On the 28th I picked the car up, on the way home the CEL light came back on. Turned around and took it back. Now they want receipts for oil changes, I do basic maintenance myself and kept the purchase records and kept records in the owners manual. (I'm 62 and did machine maintenance for my entire adult life). I wait a few days, call, leave a message, No one returns my call. TWO WEEKS go by like this. I drive to the dealer to find out the service rep had left the company the previous week. NO ONE CALLED ME. I called Kia HQ, they advise me to take the car to another Kia dealer. They start another case, warranty denied. To say the least, I will NEVER own another Kia again. More
