What really set them apart was what they did after we had already closed the deal. They added complimentary oil changes, had the car fully detailed, and even noticed the brakes weren’t where they should be. Instead of brushing it off, they proactively replaced them before I took delivery — at no extra charge. That level of attention and integrity is rare in car buying. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Nevan and Mo and will absolutely be buying from them again. More
I purchased a used 2022 Kia Sorento from Kia of Streetsboro in July 2024. I have intentionally postponed writing this review, as I do not enjoy publicly criticizing businesses that work hard to ser Streetsboro in July 2024. Unfortunately, my experience since July 2025 has been consistently negative, and I feel a responsibility to share it. During the initial test drive, I noticed a loud grinding noise while turning. I voiced this concern immediately. I was told it was likely due to the brakes grinding from the car sitting. After pushing for a full inspection, the dealership determined that the wrong tire size had been installed on the vehicle, causing the tires to rub against the wheel well. I was told this issue had been missed by three separate inspection stages. The tires were ultimately replaced, and I was reassured that the vehicle had undergone an in-depth review and nothing else would be overlooked. When the vehicle was delivered to me after detailing, the headlight assembly was visibly full of moisture. I returned to service, waited four hours for an appointment initially estimated at thirty minutes, and was told that instead of replacing the assembly (which is the proper fix) they had inserted a desiccant pack. This has not resolved the issue. I have replaced desiccants several times, and the turn signal/daytime running light is now shorting out. This was supposed to be addressed shortly after purchase, and it still is not. Communication with the service department has been extremely challenging. Approximately 75% of my calls roll straight to voicemail, and calls are funneled through a third-party call center with no working knowledge of the dealership’s operations. Transfers often fail, disconnect, or send me back to voicemail. Follow-up calls are rarely returned. Additionally, I asked for a copy of the CarFax multiple times. Despite assurances during and after the sale, I never received it. The final breaking point is learning that the headlight assembly (had it been replaced at the time of purchase as documented in service notes) would have prevented what is now an extremely expensive repair. Because the LED strip cannot be replaced independently, the full assembly can cost upwards of $2,500. To be fair, the sales team I interacted with was friendly and professional. However, the communication, service department responsiveness, and follow-through have been exceptionally poor. I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. If Kia of Streetsboro resolves these outstanding issues, I am more than willing to update or remove this review to reflect improved service and accountability. More
I absolutely LOVE my cherokee but the fact that 48 hours later after purchasing it I came home & put it on the rack to see that the rear differential was CRACKED & LEAKING so I text them & ask them what can later after purchasing it I came home & put it on the rack to see that the rear differential was CRACKED & LEAKING so I text them & ask them what can we do to fix it they proceed to tell me they won’t fix it! Unless I pay for it! Warranty or not that should’ve been fixed! I do NOT recommend buying from here at least used vehicles cause he said their inspectors said “everything looked great on their end, didn’t notice anything?” I’m sorry it’s common sense and I’m not even an inspector and noticed it!!! very noticeable! Good luck to anyone that purchases there! More

Salesman Jason Washington was wonderful to deal with. A very personable individual who made me and the wife feel at home at the dealership. No pressure tactics to add additional costs on the vehicle. Promised my 82 old year military veteran father in law all weather floor mats with his car. I confirm they are part of the deal. Upon getting an oil change at Kia of Streetsboro, I was left waiting for over an hour as my car sat out front. It took another 20-30 mins to be called to check out. On top of the long wait, my steering wheel was left with residue from the workers and my oil life was not reset. I feel resetting the oil life is a very basic thing when getting a oil change so it's disappointing a dealership would not be considerate of this. More
