Treated poorly This is my second time trying this dealership. The first time I went in to look into buying a car. When the salesman found out that my credit wasn't This is my second time trying this dealership. The first time I went in to look into buying a car. When the salesman found out that my credit wasn't the best he was done with me. He treated me like crap. Like I was wasting his time. Ok lets give the service department a chance. That was also a mistake. When I called I got the best person to talk to and was very helpful. Than when I get there again felt this I was interrupting their day. I had them checking a problem with my vehicle. They did their check and advised me what I needed done and what the price was. I felt this was too much money and asked them to put my vehicle back together. I was treated so bad after that point.. I did take it to another Kia service department and advised of needing the same thing replaced for over $250.00 cheaper More

THANK YOU! I got a letter in the mail for 2 recalls on my Kia Soul. I called and set up an appointment the next day. They were able to fix both of the issues and I got a letter in the mail for 2 recalls on my Kia Soul. I called and set up an appointment the next day. Dishonest I was told that they would take $2,000 off the sale price of the vehicle. Once I got my finances in order and my loan approval (the same day), they re I was told that they would take $2,000 off the sale price of the vehicle. Once I got my finances in order and my loan approval (the same day), they retracted the $2,000 off and charged me the full sticker price. Very dishonest and a shady way to do business. More

Can't wait to go back again My wife and I went in fully expecting to get the cheapest used car they had on the lot. We figured our credit would not allow for anything else. early in early out Went in for a oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Also they discovered my car had a update for the ECM and performed that also.
