Dishonest I was told that they would take $2,000 off the sale price of the vehicle. Once I got my finances in order and my loan approval (the same day), they re I was told that they would take $2,000 off the sale price of the vehicle. Once I got my finances in order and my loan approval (the same day), they retracted the $2,000 off and charged me the full sticker price. Very dishonest and a shady way to do business. More

early in early out Went in for a oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Also they discovered my car had a update for the ECM and performed that also. Worse Experience Ever!!!!!!!!! Worse experience ever!!!! Buyer beware!!! Went in just to look at cars and they pulled up my payoff on my current car with only my name and address... Worse experience ever!!!! Buyer beware!!! Went in just to look at cars and they pulled up my payoff on my current car with only my name and address... NO CONSENT WAS GIVEN ....NO DOCUMENTS SIGNED!!! I was treated like trash and told there is nothing they can or will do to sell a car to me as I had 1.5k in negative equity. I wasn’t concerned as I could put down money to pay off the negative and planned to do so. I asked how they pulled my info and was told they “HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO IT SO THEY DON’T WASTE THEIR TIME!” Also was told that they do this for any customer that walks in their door. Worse part is ..... I never picked out a car, never test drove anything, and was simply looking at options. Not even a week later I started getting an abundance of telemarking calls on top of everything else!! I would never spend money here and will be reporting to Kia Corp offices and BBB in addition to purchasing fraud protection!!! Thanks Kia of Streetsboro..... thank you for all you have done to me for simply LOOKING at options on your lot! By the way I’m enjoying my brand new car from Classic Auto Group! More
