Classic Kia is absolutely top notch!!! This is the third Kia we've purchased since August, 2010, and the second Kia from Classic. The staff is SO easy to work with, they have a quick response time, no need Kia we've purchased since August, 2010, and the second Kia from Classic. The staff is SO easy to work with, they have a quick response time, no needless waiting, and great follow through. They treat you as an individual and not a number when you walk through the door. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and it seemed as though their goal was to make sure we left happy. It's kind of sad, though...now that we have three new cars we won't be car shopping for a while...we truly enjoyed working with Kevin and Mike!!! We have been recommending Classic Kia to our friends and co-workers. Thanks for making car buying SO easy! More

The whole experience was bad. I trusted this dealership because of the name. That was the whole point of going to a big dealership verses a small carlot:TRUST! I figured that Classic Kia had a reputation t because of the name. That was the whole point of going to a big dealership verses a small carlot:TRUST! I figured that Classic Kia had a reputation to uphold and therefore would sell me a good car at a good price.I wanted to believe that Classic Kia was going to give me a great deal on a great car. I was hoping to form a relationship with this dealership and buy many cars over a lifetime. What really happened was that I got ripped off, BAD! The van I bought test drove great, no problems. I didn't take it to a mechanic to be looked at before buying because I trusted that this was a good vechicle. Six weeks after my purchase, the van started to have all kinds of problems. When a mechanic looked at my van he showed me how my van was patched up to fool the buyer. This van needs so many repairs. It was fixed up with some kind of putty and whatever else to test drive nicely and that's it. I was fooled. The van is falling apart and I still owe 27 more payments! I cannot express with words how mad I am. I am a mother of two young children and I do not make much money at my nine dollar an hout job. Thanks to Classic Kia I have to choose between buying the things my children need and fixing my van. This van is taking Christmas presents from my kids because it needs fixed. I hate this van and I am sorry I ever walked into Classic Kia in Streetsboro!!! More
We did most of the process via e-mail and then went to drive the car. The salesman we had worked with during the day was not available when we arrived, so another salesman stepped in and was very persona drive the car. He showed us everything about the car, let us test drive it, and stayed until after closing time to make sure we drove away with our new Kia. Unfortunately, it has been so long that I can not remember his name, but he deserves a big thank you. The financing guy was also very helpful and explained our options clearly and didn't try to oversell us on things we were obviously not interested in. We felt that we received a very fair interest rate and terms on the car. More
