Everything went smoothly when we purchased our new Soul. I love the car and the purchasing experience was pleasant. Everyone was nice and knew a great deal about the Soul. We did most of the process via e-mail and then went to drive the car. The salesman we had worked with during the day was not available when we arrived, so another salesman stepped in and was very persona drive the car. The salesman we had worked with during the day was not available when we arrived, so another salesman stepped in and was very personable and helpful. He showed us everything about the car, let us test drive it, and stayed until after closing time to make sure we drove away with our new Kia. Unfortunately, it has been so long that I can not remember his name, but he deserves a big thank you. The financing guy was also very helpful and explained our options clearly and didn't try to oversell us on things we were obviously not interested in. We felt that we received a very fair interest rate and terms on the car. More
