I just went to look at a 2022 kia carnival. I wasn't sure of the vehicle or if I was even ready to make a purchase. I'm 100% disabled for PTSD and anxiety and I hate crowded, noisy, uncomfortab I wasn't sure of the vehicle or if I was even ready to make a purchase. I'm 100% disabled for PTSD and anxiety and I hate crowded, noisy, uncomfortable dealerships. I expressed all this to my sales person (I couldn't even tell you his name to be honest. The first thing he does is hold my keys hostage for a "test drive" . I never saw those keys again. I told him several times I was done with the process and wanted to leave and I got excuses like "oh they're in the back, it will just be a few more minutez" or "my guy is working on the paperwork... just a few more minutes. I was in the dealership for 3 hours with my son who hadn't eaten dinner and I didn't have my medicine with me. As I said we just went in to look After all I bought the car just to get out of the dealership! I hate predatory sales tactics and I promise this will be the last car bought from this dealership ever. I know they don't care cause they got their money.... but 2 weeks later I'm still flustered about this. Terrible customer service, prey on people with disabilities. But hey, you made that sale! Right? More

My experience with this dealership and the management is terrible. I have not owned the car for 30 days and they have not fixed the problem with the car. I am in the process of filing a a complaint with better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I am also investigating the Carfax report that was given on the vehicle as well.
