I just went to look at a 2022 kia carnival. I wasn't sure of the vehicle or if I was even ready to make a purchase. I'm 100% disabled for PTSD and anxiety and I hate crowded, noisy, uncomfortab I wasn't sure of the vehicle or if I was even ready to make a purchase. I'm 100% disabled for PTSD and anxiety and I hate crowded, noisy, uncomfortable dealerships. I expressed all this to my sales person (I couldn't even tell you his name to be honest. The first thing he does is hold my keys hostage for a "test drive" . I never saw those keys again. I told him several times I was done with the process and wanted to leave and I got excuses like "oh they're in the back, it will just be a few more minutez" or "my guy is working on the paperwork... just a few more minutes. I was in the dealership for 3 hours with my son who hadn't eaten dinner and I didn't have my medicine with me. As I said we just went in to look After all I bought the car just to get out of the dealership! I hate predatory sales tactics and I promise this will be the last car bought from this dealership ever. I know they don't care cause they got their money.... but 2 weeks later I'm still flustered about this. Terrible customer service, prey on people with disabilities. But hey, you made that sale! Right? More
