Andrew was a great, low-key salesmen. There was deceptive sales practice. Toldvthat I had no option but to purchase $1300 of theft and body appearance protection. My experience with this dealership and the management is terrible. I have not owned the car for 30 days and they have not fixed the problem with the car. I am in the process of filing a a complaint with better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I am also investigating the Carfax report that was given on the vehicle as well.
