We were treated well from the time that we walked through the door throughout today. Every need from sales, financing, and auto service was met and continues to be met. A few weeks ago, my daughter’s car broke down and was not repairable. She needed a vehicle for college and work so we did not hesitate visiting Fuccillo Kia again. We were worried about trading it in because it still had a balance owed on it, but they met our needs and my daughter is now the proud owner of a 2019 Kia Soul. Dan Wright (sales) was courteous, attentive, and funny making our experience enjoyable. Scott Russ (financing) worked to get the right financing within her budget. I had to sit there for an hour to haggle to get the price on it and after I asked the guy why are you saying so much His finance manager stated we have to try and get as much money we can the worst experience of my life I would never recommend Fuccillo Kia to anyone. When you call him on the phone you have to go through two operators to get through the sales managers are rude no customer service and when you drive up you see a bunch of their sales reps smoking in front of the store in the parking lot sitting down congregating so unprofessional just a bad experience if you’re going to waste 700 to 800 Go to Courtesy dodge or go to Mercedes or BMW at least you’ll get a cup of coffee for free Yes, straight up ready to beat you over your head that’s why they offer you the trip and the TV by the way you can buy that TV at Walmart for $200 and nobody’s going to the Dominican republic specially if you’re a miniorty. Took my money to FORD suggesting you find another place. More

For a new car purchase it was quite high. When you credit is excellent you expect much better.
