Service department just gets worse I brought my car in end of March had oil change full check up, asked if any problems for inspection in a 8 weeks or so, No no problems. I waited an hour and twenty min before they even took my car back . 10 am appointment arrived 5 min til 10< Took car back 11:24 because i was complaining, At 12 i was told my car can not pass inspection small marker light out in back ,ok and the same front fender that was damaged by someone hitting and running me at a mall now does not pass? Passed past 3 years here for inspection prior?on drivers side, The mechanic Brett, took a picture with his cell and sent it to the state police, Never asked me or cared to discuss any of this with your customer first?Now it is 12:24 . I drive 45 min to get to you and i have to do all this again! Stick your free inspection! I am going to a reputable service center where a customer and their privacy and time are considered! More

My first contact was over the internet with Eric. Eric followed up with me right away. Eric kept following up. Shortly after my arrival on site Eric turned me over to Anthony. Another gentleman gave me the credit app to complete. Anthony asked me what color I wanted than escorted me outside to choose the color I wanted. I did not have a lot of time that day. I knew what I could afford to pay. They met me in the middle. Paperwork was completed, they told me I could leave with my car that day but I did not have time to make the transfer.
