I purchased my car from the Coatesville office and I took my car there for service one time. Most Kia dealerships wash your car for free and vacuum , none of Jim Sapala’s service center offer that. Now, It’s bad enough that cars are so expensive, so when I was offered free oil changes for the life of the car, as long as I bring it to Kia of Westchester or Kia of Coatesville, I was over the moon. When I went to make an appointment for my “free” oil change, I was told by the service manager for them to honor my free oil changes I would have to get, all the recommended services. Now my stepfather is a mechanic. Why would I take my car to Kia and pay astronomical prices for something he can do. The first time I took my car to Westchester, I was greeted by the owner himself, but to force me to pay for recommended services when I barely drive the car is wrong. I would never refer or take my car back to Kia of Westchester or Coatesville. I’m actually upset that I purchased the car from there had I known That there was stipulations to a free oil change, and I have to spend money to get a free oil change. I would of purchased elsewhere. I understand it’s a business, but customer service is important as well and because of the customer service I receive from Aaron or whoever the manager of the service department is, I will not be returning . I am bad when it comes to scheduling. I called Dan answered. He got me in for service on my car within 2 hours.
